1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the sis6x platform and all its services. sis6x is an online betting and casino platform operated for Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account on sis6x, logging in, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the sis6x platform.

sis6x reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement

The sis6x platform is for users aged 21 and above only. You must provide your actual age accurately at the time of account registration. sis6x may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If such use is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

sis6x services are operated for users in Bangladesh. You confirm that participation in online betting and gaming activities is not prohibited for you under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

2.3 Single Account

Each individual may hold only one sis6x account. Operating multiple accounts is considered misuse of bonuses and promotions and will be treated as a serious violation of the Terms.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of account registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds due. Any changes to your information must be reported to the sis6x support team immediately.

3.2 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, contact sis6x support immediately.

Allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activities that take place through your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

sis6x may request documents for identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time if needed. These may include:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Bank account details (where applicable)

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on sis6x is ৳500 (five hundred taka). There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

sis6x currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — the most widely used mobile banking method
• Nagad — fast and reliable mobile payment
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — direct bank-to-bank transfer

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, or an alternative method approved by sis6x. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own expiry and conditions, which will be stated on the bonus offer page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will also be considered part of the bonus balance until the wagering requirements are met.
• Restrictions on bonus use may apply to certain game categories — please read the relevant bonus terms.
• sis6x reserves the right to cancel bonuses if fraudulent or unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.4 VIP Program

The sis6x VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is offered at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on regular activity and engagement on the platform. Specific terms also apply to each cashback.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

sis6x believes in fair play. All games on our platform use tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased results.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed during gameplay. sis6x reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a game result or betting transaction, sis6x's logs and system records will be considered the final evidence. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the transaction being completed.

6.4 Technical Errors

sis6x reserves the right to void results of games affected by technical errors or system failures. In such cases, the funds used as bets will be returned to the user's account.

• Not bet beyond your means
• Not place further bets to recover losses
• Set time limits for gaming

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by sis6x

sis6x may suspend or terminate an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Fraudulent activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Failure to complete KYC

10.2 Termination by User

You may request closure of your account at any time through sis6x live chat support. Before closure, valid withdrawals may be completed after fulfilling all applicable wagering requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

sis6x strives to keep its platform services as uninterrupted and reliable as possible. However, sis6x will not be held responsible in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet connection disruptions
• Loss caused by technical errors or server downtime
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes
• Errors by third-party payment providers
• Disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or events
